FACE Atelier's Facade Let's You Fake a Healthy Flush For Hours

Facade makes creams obsolete as its one-of-a-kind, silicone-based, liquid-to-powder formula provides translucent, non-streaking, buildable matte color that sets with a natural glow. Silky soft and extraordinarily light, Facade comes in five shades for face and lips. -FaceAtelier.com
First of all, can I just say how generous FACEatelier is with their samples? They only cost $1 and there is enough product in there for numerous applications (at least 10) so you never have to invest in a full sized version until you are absolutely sure it is what you are looking for.
I jumped on the lip stain bandwagon pretty quickly, but when it comes to blushes I like the reliability of  powders. I find that creams and gels fade to quickly or look too greasy on my skin so I have always steered clear. A huge selling point for the FACEatelier Facade is that it looks and applies like a gel but dries to a long lasting stain that is smooth to the touch. Unlike Benefit's BeneTint, Facade has a longer drying time so you can blend and layer until you achieve the desired affect; that means no streaking, patchiness or clown cheeks. Facade applies best with fingers And be forewarned, you needs to apply an amount the size of lint to get a bright healthy flush with this product. The pigments are saturated (much like MUFE HD Blush) so one bottle could last years

Because Facade is a silicone based product, anything you apply over top with glide on seamlessly. On the cheeks these colours lasted longer than any stain or powder product I have used in the past. If you feel like the colour is losing its vibrancy after 6 hours, a touch up is so easy because it won't cling to any powder you have on your face.  On the lips, these work like most lip stains and can be used as a colour base for gloss or lipstick. Alone, they last approximately 4 hours on the lips but never flake or dry out the skin.
(Livid, Arabesque, Chameleon)
If you like to experiment with colour, try mixing some of the hues to find your signature colour.

I've been hearing great things about this product and am excited to get a couple next weekend at IMATS here in Toronto. Those colours are lovely!

When IMATS come to Vancouver these will be the first thing I buy. I ADORE them and predict they will make my Best of 2011 list. Can't wait to hear what you think

Jealous that you girls get to experience the IMATS on the East Coast. Vancouver IMATS was severely lacking in vendors :( Hope to make it out to IMATS Toronto next year.
